Junior Procurement Specialist in Baku

• Centralized management of tasks such as tracking inventory levels and stock locations
• Efficiently control the movement of materials within a warehouse.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Inbound/Receiving and Outbound inventory tracking

• Implementation of correspondence with clients, as well as branches on business issues
• Preparation/translation of reports, sending for approval of the timely supervision of adjustment
• Implementation of information support of clients and Coordination of requests from clients
• Tracking of payments and receivables

• Take necessary steps to resolve all issues preventing the clearance of specific shipments, potentially including cost discrepancies,
exams , and holds.
• Works closely with Customs, government agencies, vendors in order to clarify the issue and follow the steps necessary to
release the shipment
• To ensure that full package of documents required by Customs have been provided by clients and are in the proper format
• When shipment is designated for a customs exam make arrangements with internal partners to ensure that the shipment is made
available for examination
• Prepare import/export shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs clearance, shipping, labeling,
and distribution of cargo.

• Planning, direction and coordination import and export deliveries within the Company using variety of company sources or organizing out
source transportation services.
• Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export, supply chain security and custom clearance.
• Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes.
• Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.
